Strengthening exercises is the second type of exercises. This type of activities is commonly see and observed on body-building programs. That is the main reason why this type of exercise is also known as resistance-training exercises.
In regards to these exercises, one must understand that it takes some time to tone and build muscles. It is unnecessary to consume more than 1 hour. This will only result to muscle sore, damages and injuries. Most common exercises under this category are weight lifting, push-up and sit-ups. Most individuals performing these exercises focus on high protein diets to aid the muscle repair and build-up.
Flexibility exercises for body-mind coordination and weight loss
The third and last type of exercises is the flexibility exercises. This is the most common and recommended exercises for women engaging in mind and body development. It is also termed by most women as “good exercises to lose weight”. This is for the primary reason that during these activities, individuals would learn flexibility, balance and body coordination through muscle stretching. Muscular build-up would occur and it is perfect for health conscious individuals. Common exercises under this category are Pilates and yoga.
Each of them has different purposes but all of them are related to weight loss. Keep in mind that warm-ups are needed before engaging in any sort of exercises. This is done so that the muscles will not result to any forms of injuries during the exercise proper.
